Media Release and Consent Form

Not Just Sundays LLC

I, the undersigned participant ("Participant"), hereby grant Not Just Sundays LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Company"), and its successors, assigns, licensees, and authorized representatives, the absolute and irrevocable right and permission to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and create derivative works from photographs, video recordings, audio recordings, and any other media ("Media") in which I appear or my voice is recorded in connection with the Company's card game product.

1. GRANT OF RIGHTS

I grant the Company perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, and transferable rights to use the Media for:

  • Social media posts and content across all platforms
  • Paid advertising campaigns (digital, print, television, radio, or other media)
  • Marketing and promotional materials
  • Website and e-commerce platform content
  • Public relations and press materials
  • Any other lawful business purposes

2. NO COMPENSATION

I understand and agree that I will receive no compensation, royalties, or payment of any kind for the use of the Media, now or in the future.

3. WAIVER AND RELEASE

I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished Media or any materials in which the Media may be used. I release and discharge the Company, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising from or related to the use of the Media, including but not limited to:

  • Claims of defamation, invasion of privacy, or violation of right of publicity
  • Any claims based on distortion, alteration, or use in composite form
  • Any claims based on the context in which the Media appears

4. OWNERSHIP

I acknowledge that the Company will own all rights, title, and interest in the Media, including all copyrights and intellectual property rights.

5. REPRESENTATIONS

I represent and warrant that:

  • I am at least 18 years of age (if under 18, parent/guardian signature required below)
  • I have the full right and authority to enter into this Release
  • I have read this Release and fully understand its contents

6. BINDING EFFECT

This Release shall be binding upon me and my heirs, legal representatives, successors, and assigns.

7. GOVERNING LAW

This Release shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
